DRAWINGS

Cheap Pole Barn Kits will supply drawings consisting of a post layout showing door and window locations and a barn rendering. Materials will be ordered once these drawings are approved and full payment is received.

CHANGE IN MATERIALS

Once drawings are approved by buyer, prior to material order, all changes are subject to a $250.00 change order fee, plus or minus any material costs created by the change. Once material is ordered no changes are permitted.

DAMAGED LANDSCAPE

Cheap Pole Barn Kits is not liable for incidental or consequential damages to the landscape, lawn or driveway of the place of delivery or neighboring property during the unloading process. If your site is not accessible for unloading and must be unloaded from the road, the homeowner or contractor is responsible for traffic control as well as getting the materials to the proper building location. Cheap Pole Barn Kits is not responsible for any damages that might occur during traffic control. If delivery cannot be made a re-delivery fee will be charged.

TIME OF UNLOADING

Detention of Cheap Pole Barn Kits truck at the place of delivery or attempting to gain entry due to limited room beyond 3 hours will be subject to additional charges of $75.00 per hour.

DELIVERY

Upon execution of this agreement, materials should be delivered within 4-6 weeks. All materials are non-refundable. The buyer has two days from delivery to report visible damage, and 4 days for concealed damage. Clear photographs are required for damaged material. Buyer assumes all responsibility for damages which result from inadequate soil bearing, including but not limited to: cracks or depressions of existing driveway and ruts left by delivery vehicles.
