The lead time on our kits from the date of a fully signed contract & order to delivery is about four weeks. For current accurate lead times, please call or email us!

This kit comes with everything you'll need to build this structure. That means all your fasteners, framing, sheathing, etc!

If applicable, the tax for your state is calculated & included during your pricing process. If you have questions, our highly trained staff is just a call away.

No, you don't have to be. We do recommend someone being there or call ahead to coordinate with your sales representative so that we can make sure the materials are placed exactly where you need them.

At the time of shipment, all materials are checked to make sure everything is in solid condition. But we understand that things happen. That's why we have a policy that allows for you to contact us within two days to report any visible damage upon delivery & four days to call us for any damage that you uncover when unpacking your materials. So please do not wait to look at your materials, check everything ASAP upon receipt.

Simple, we buy in mass quantities & ship to more than 30 states. With this level of buying power we can sell products for less than most suppliers pay.

Most of our kits will be delivered on a tractor-trailer with a "piggyback" off-road forklift and will be placed in your marked area. Depending on the kit, between 10 feet and 14 feet of height are required to deliver standard buildings. In the event you tell a driver to access your property and the truck becomes stuck, requiring towing, or damage, all towing or repair costs will be on you.
